'these were the things that made the step familiar' by Glasgow-based artist Emmie McLuskey is a new exhibition opening 02.02.19 and the first project from our Satellites Programme to be exhibited at Collective's new site.
Exploring the interactions in and between bodies, and the systems that control and record them, 'these were the things that made the step familiar' features print, sculpture, sound work, poetry by Millicent A. A. Graham and a new publication, A Strange American Funeral, edited with Freya Field-Donovan.
Join us for the free exhibition Preview on Friday 1 February, 7–9pm. We'll have beer on tap from our supporters Topout Brewery and hot street food on sale from the Kiosk, courtesy of Gardener's Cottage. We'll stoke up our fire pit but it's winter and Collective is on top of Calton Hill so please wrap up well.
Satellites Programme is Collective’s development programme for emergent artists and producers based in Scotland.
Free no need to book.
